When the oil runs out... what will Malaysia have? Nothing. It doesnt even have a very good train system... it should be spending more money on public infrastructure... but this government doesnt give a damn about anything except now.. not the future...

The figure 6k is debatable, but I think the essence of what Guan Eng was saying is that these are desperate times which require desperate measures.
If say Malaysia experiences damaging tsunami which leave many homeless, and experts say that Malaysia will be hit by tsunamis every month from now on... No one would say, "hey, let's not help those people. Let's not help them survive. It's not sustainable anyway."

Come on, it is 6k a year for a family that earned less then 6K a month....i think this is achieveable. Pls consider how many family that earned less then 6K a month...only take a family of 5 members for example to earn 1200 each.

Yes you are "correct...correct...korek"....but now what the ruling government is doing, giving RM625 for what.....ruling government moto "if you cannot survive this kind of situation go buy a coffin and kembali ke rahmatullah" at least our....brother...lim is giving his hands to help the poor people lah...come on lah please think about the poor people who's suffering...6k per year and 625 per year 10X big buck...
