The La Cantera Resort course is a great hill-country style golf course and is arguably the best in San Antonio. The terrain has plenty of elevation change which provides great vistas and interesting golf shots. Unlike The Palmer Course (another great hill country track), The Resort Course has no blind tee shots. Fairways are very wide and forgiving on most holes. The course played host to the Texas Open from 1995-2009 but is suitable for all skill levels if the correct tee box is chosen. Conditions are always kept at a high standard.
