Jonas Brothers Drama Chapter 24

5 days later, the Jonas family was prepared to leave New Jersey. Kevin and Frankie were feeling excited, but Joe and Nick weren't. Especially Joe. His little 'adventure' with Julia was unacceptable and he just couldn't bring himself to getting over it. He had hardly talked to Taylor all week, making up excuses and avoiding her everytime they might cross paths. Nick too was feeling queasy with Julia...everytime they would hang out , he didn't feel that connection that they used to share. Even Kevin had been avoiding his brothers after his little hinting. He spent his free time just texting Amanda, and becoming everyday even more impatient to go to California to see her again...and to ask her out. They were expected to leave in 5 hrs. All there suitcases had been packed and all there slightly larger objects were put in boxes and sent in a truck on a long trip to L.A. Nick went to see Julia that morning to tell her good bye. As he arrived, he saw the door slightly opened. Without ringing the bell, he entered her house. "Hellooooo? Anybody home" Nick screamed. He walked around a little bit until he entered the living room. There, was Joe and Julia, waving there arms in the air and Julia was slightly crying. As Nick walked in, they stopped and took a few steps back from each other. Julia turned away, covering her face with her hand, while trying to regain composure. Joe looked toward Nick and then away... "Hey guys...um....is everything okay?" He looked to Joe and then to Julia. "Look guys, just tell me ok? I know something is going on...and I know Kevin knows...why am I the only one who doesn't." "Oh Nick...", was the only thing Julia managed to say until she broke down. She sat down on her couch and covered her face in tears. "It was an accident...it wasn't supposed to happen this way...I promise, I like you and only you it's just...I was lonely and Joe...it didn't mean anything...we didn't even do it... I swear..." Nick was appaled and completely confused...he turned to his brother now, looing for an answer..."Joe? Wha-wha-what is this? What is Julia talking about?" Nick started to shake and he was expecting the worst...what had they done..."WILL ANYONE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON???"

Julia stood up and looked at Nick. "Nick, I'm so sorry. At the concert...when I was backstage with Joe...for a moment... we had this moment...and we...we almost kissed... BUT I SWEAR it meant nothing!! I promise, I just wished it had never happe..." Nick rose his arm out to silence her. " Joe...Joe...your my brother? How could you keep this from me? How could..." Joe just kept staring around him, without saying a word. "Well thank you guys. I was just coming to say that I was leaving and that I wanted to say good-bye...but that doesnt matter anymore...cuz you BOTH dont' exist to me anymore...BOTH OF YOU." And then Nick stormed out, thru her front door, down her front steps and right into..."Taylor?" Nick said after rubbing his head. "Wowa Nick? What's the hurry?" Taylor said with a smile on her face. Nick looked at her, but didn't return her smile. "Ask the duet inside," he said cruelly and walked away.

Taylor now became very worried and she too ran into the house. "Julia? JULIA??" She came into the living room to see Joe rubbing his temples and Julia sobbing. " Joe...Julia...What's going on?" she said frantically..."Julia...Joe..." she said before she started to sob. "Oh no...guys?"
