Hi Michael, The question what *can* I do many times is answered with, Move on to another job where there is at least a chance the powers that be will not only recognize but appreciate ones efforts. However with this economy that is just not possible right now. Also once you cross the 50 year old mark, not many places value you anymore. It is a battle not worth fighting in some ways. Thanks!

At work we all watched this video as a group. It is very good. However, when you have managers or bosses at work that do not realize they have many folks doing Great Work already, this video loses its effect. Many of us in that room feel beaten down and trampled by the economy and the losses of so many co-workers due to layoff. The Great Work of those whom have lost their jobs did NOTHING to help them keep their jobs. This video is very good but their is a dark cloud that prevents its greatness.

@RosemanStan454 That's absolutely right - it can be frustrating when you're fighting a battle not recognized by 'the powers that be'. My stand is to look at the situation and ask: If I didn't want to be/feel like a victim, what *can* I do? (And also, what battles aren't worth fighting?)
