wow .... the hat at 4:44 is awesome! I found what like it that was pretty close but it was dark green which was even better. Seriously, my favorite hat ever! and I got it at a steal ... i think it was $18 from IndieBOP on etsy. ... really great video thanks for posting, keep them coming!!!!!

@PiecesOfRainbow7 Yes, especially when they're talking about using more fabrics. I would assume the war was over by this time. Also, you can start to see some 1950's influence on the clothes.

Oh my goodness, what I wouldn't give to jump into the video and snag all the dresses and shoes! I wear 1940's fashions daily but I've nothing so lovely as those outfits yet, I must learn to sew. :)

Well in those days people were expected to behave like human beings and strive for a level of civility and good-behavior. The fashion, the manners and the manner of speech shows this. But . . . the world has changed and in that regard, it has not changed for the better. Vulgar behavior seems to be rewarded nowadays, and that includes fashion, manners and you guessed it, manner of speech. It is a shame and I am so sickened by it.
