Yes, they're exactly like that, but they're worse because they've become really dangerous. If you hear about a stabbing, a murder, some destructive vandalism, or stuff like that on the news, a chav and his mates is usually to blame.
You can frequently see them gathered on street corners laughing hysterically, smoking, or shouting.

Well, the original version did get featured. Unfortunately I had to remove the video after two days because of certain issues.

I wish you wouldn't say that. I would NEVER have taken the original down if I didn't have to. You're telling me something which I already know, and that just depresses me.
