Imagine deployment of nuclear arsenal ( nuclear bombs ) and a thousand times greater disaster both in countryside distraction and human lives loses. It is always time for global disarmament. Such a great catastrophy keeps all people together, many goverments reaching with helping hand. And that's good. That says we have our human values still in us and there is proof we can live at peace and help.
