  • @Ch3Weh Thank you for commenting, the main aim of these videos is to offer useful advice and tips to help people get more out of their AdWords campaigns; so its great to hear that I have helped in some way. Always nice to see an increase in CTR! Mmmm lovely data. If you are interested, we have a blog on the Koozai website full of articles on PPC among other topics that you may find helpful. If you have any other questions please let me know.

  • @TheAlecSharratt Thanks for the reply Alec, you just boosted my CTR... massively. I'd heard of the triangulation method before but it was always wrapped up in spammy looking sales vids from the USA lol - so I chose to ignore. You put yourself across well in that video mate. Thanks, again. Matt

  • @Ch3Weh Heya, yeah so Google seems to report on this as "Excluded" within AdWords... Previously before they changed the ad diagnostic tool it was called something else. But Essentially you can ignore this error, use the ad preview tool to ensure your ads are being displayed. If they are then don't worry and carry on as you were!

If you see "approval Issue" next to your keywords or ads after running diagnostics on them, then their will normally this is an issue with conflicting keywords.

  • Ok so I tried this, and I get the following in one of my phrase keywords:

A negative keyword ([myKeyword]) is preventing your ad from showing. Yet, it is still getting impressions / clicks. Is this google getting confused? Am I going to piss off Google by using this method?

  • Really, REALLY good video mate. Well done :o)

  • @coci3076 A negative keyword can be any word or combination of words that are specifically not relevant to your business. For example if you sell "Woman's Clothes" but not "Men's Clothes" then using the word "Men" and "Men's" as negatives in the campaign would be an obvious choice for your negative keywords.

  • Could you give example of neg. keywords for a product?
