  • masarap mabuhay nun 80s, I was born in 1974, kami mga bata nun natuto ng mga po, opo, pag galang sa nakakatanda, pag basa ng libro, kids today are hard-headed, disrespectful to the elders and spoiled with all of these modern technologies, kaya i consider myself lucky to be born in those good old times.

:( well, it's up to us parents (we, the filipino kids of yesteryears) to teach our kids today what we learned during our younger years. that's our challenge!

  • This is wonderfl.

  • yes,I was born in December 1966.It was so different then.so simple.Grandpa would be at the (taltalon) Ilocano for farm,Parents would be working in Manila. And we have our grandma to watch over us.I remember the Bahay Kubo that my cousins use to live. And the Calisa (horse drown carraige) that my uncles use to drive back and forth.I rarely see those anymore, only as tourist attraction.Back then,it was mean of transportation.

  • thanks for sharing this, brought back nice childhood memories, di matatapatan ng magahapong gaming.
