sure the form isn't perfect, but its pretty good. These people act like the exercise is completely useless if you don't get perfectly parallel. if you go to 80 suddenly it becomes a pointless feat of strength. What's funny is none of them have a squat max over 250lbs or know what it feels like to actually lift heavy weight.

@hotprofdude I agree, but honestly for bodybuilding parallel isn't low enough. What this guy is doing seems like he wants power, and maybe to rush it. Squats kick you in the lungs.

Deeper than parallel. People are weight crazy when the form, especially for squats, is more important.

You need to go lower--to parallel. Not one rep of yours went to parallel. I mean, you come somewhat close to parallel, but not close enough. I cannot stand seeing guys at the gym load a fuck-load of plates and not descend to parallel. They're the ones who load the bar but have skinny legs. You're doing squats the easy way...if you'd have descended to parallel, you'd have gotten maybe half the amount of reps, if that.
