l4d 2 welcome to hell custom map part 1

This is a custom map for l4d 2. Its called Welcome to Hell. This is part one of two. The only reason I divided this stage into two parts was becuase 1. it was more then 10 min, and 2. becuase windows movie maker crashes when processing large movie files, piece of junk. How did you spawn CS weapons who does damage immedialty

I start the map for the first time, I spawn CS weapons and they dont work right away. I exit the single player game, and start another one through console, and for some reason the 2nd time around they do damage.
