Role of men

I dont know that I did a great job of explaining myself in this vid. But it is a response to uroutoftime.
Basically my point was this. I am tired of our society minimizing the NESSESITY of men in our families. My husband has an equal role in my family, he is needed. And I let him know this on a regular basis. As he does for me in return. We need our warrior men, as much as we need our warrior women. Let us realize what each others role is within the family unit. Let us appreciate our men. Am I capable of caring for my family alone? Of course I am, but that does not minimize the role my husband, it does not minimize the role that men play within our family unit. Of course we can survive alone, but that doesnt make a mans role within our families, within our society less.
Let us learn to appreciate the uniqueness of men, the difference of men, and the role they play within our unit. AS THEY ARE. I for one, choose not to try and feminize my husband, I love that he is rough, and gruff.
Now, I am sure that there are some woman out there, that will say, HEY I am a single mom, and my unit is whole. I am not arguing that, I have been a single mom as well. I know the strength that requires, but being on both sides of this issue, I am glad that I have choosen a man, a real man, to be my partner, to be by my side, and to not have to deal with life struggles on my own anymore, I dont have to be all things anymore. Can I? Yes I can, but I thank God everyday, that I dont have to anymore. This is just my thoughts, I am not trying to minimize ANYONE, I am only saying that I believe in the role of men, and I thank God everyday that he made men different, that he created men the way they are so that I may focus on my stregths.

Those are very well spoken and salient words from a fine, sensitive woman. A good man will always be aware and thankful for the role his lady plays and why not the other way around too. It makes for tighter family bonds and a stronger more cohesive society that is more resistant to big government, nanny state control.

Good points made here CP1973. I'm completely done with females in this country as far as marrying and having children goes. I've even stopped talking to my sister and rarely speak with my mother. I was raised in such a man--hating environment that I'm completely jilted. The idea that women are the under appreciated group in society is hilarious to me. Just like in Titanic times they are still the most valued and protected no matter how disgusting their behaviour yet all men are rapists scum?

You have done a fine job of stating your feelings and believes.I always thought that the man was placed to attempt to be shield for the family,not simply a leader.To make decisions and to even do without to make sure "his" family has what is needed,just as much as the mother does.You are correct that we ned to build each other up and stop all this "me and mine" bull that seems to be infecting the world today.Bravo and con grads to you and yours.

You are right about feminism. It was created by the communist men back in the 1920's. Read The Communist Manifesto. It's true purpose is to demoralize society by destroying the traditional family. This was seen as a way to increase the control of the state on society.
