@Elron4u google 'vim for windows' the first link vim org slash downloads. click on the link 'PC: MS-DOS and MS-Windows' Then on the one called 'gvim73_46.exe' run the file you get from this. install the lasted version not any older ones. start the just installed vim. ??. profile!! btw i'm from the 'i dislike vim' camp :)

@Elron4u you should search for smth like Cygwin - it is a complete linux bash with all its tools and stuff, if vim is not there u can easily install it! theres also graphical vim for many platforms
