  • So much talking... People should talk less and train more, that's how you create good posture...

  • If your trying to open the shoulders and chest, why do myofacial release on the back muscles? Wouldn't that be counter productive? Why not just stick with myofacial release in the chest and shoulders and then do some rhomboid activation techniques with some back strength training?
