@MrStevilKneivel I agree with Ron Paul for the economy at least, social destruction, not much to be done there.. I don't know how you came to your conclusion about Krauthammer, but if I have to choose someone, I will choose the one who at least speaks of actually cutting spending to give us a chance to avoid a Greece situation which is where we are headed with Obama spending now which is not going to stop and actually will accelerate.

@codman666 I said, he made a mistake with the American Dream Act, I said he screwed up in many ways, many lib policies , etc.. Economic distaster started w/subprimes with C. Dodd & B. Franks & Gov intrusion in Mortgage industry; you didn't know this? Obama spent more than Bush even including the cost of the wars & all we got was a huge deficit way above that of Bush's

@WingThaiJ Did you have these things to say when George jr. was in office? Who started the wars that are costing thousands of American lives? Who started the wars that are costing the taxpayers billions, but profiting the arms manufacturers and Pro-War elects? And when did this economy disaster brew? Was 9/11 Obama's fault too?

@WingThaiJ You might misunderstand Union finances. Dues are paid; for me, $50 per week. That pays for our elected, local President and office, our State office, legal representation and all secretaries, our elected Regional officers and their offices and secretaries, our National Office, elected President, State-of-the-Art National Training Facility in Las Vegas, our monthly magazine; and then there's the charitable catalog... Unions are terrible? Nooo, Unions are job creators. :)

@codman666 Sorry, even if well intended, organized labor and paying bus drivers $150,000/Yr and other such incredible salaries for similar jobs is unsustainable and that's the bottom line; yes, Corp. welfare has to stop as well, no special treatment for bus., no Gov subsidies, etc..

@codman666 Yes, Stossel is Awesome as he PROVES what he claims as well.. Love his side-by-side comparisons of public vs. private

@codman666 I personally know those who employee people around the world & the US; unreasonable regs have pushed them overseas & I know the public wants to think the worst, etc... People I know never needed Unions, their employees were happier than pigs in shit as they earned more by not having Unions & they earned in accord w/their efforts. There is a lot that can be done to protect workers but we've been brainwashed to believe we need Gov to do everything for us.
-
@codman666 Imagine business leaders who want to set a budget, expand, start new ventures & they cannot even decipher the regulations & they also have a health care plan which they cannot even budget for; no wonder there are no jobs. How about all the unions who employ people & the one's who work the hardest don't get paid the most & those who are slackers are paid the same? People should earn in accord w/their efforts. I personally

@codman666 some areas & tax dollars required to fund the rest. Today the Unions have gone way overboard, certainly moreso in the public sector where it's nearly impossible to fire anyone. Also, there are ways to keep Corps from having unsafe conditions w/out OSHA, such as heft fines for ANY accidents & especially deaths. Over Regs r a way to create a river of $ that flows unchecked, when waste is discovered, they can't stop the flow. Today's regs cannot be interpreted by even lawyers
@jetbtkng
Why is it that you brain dead liberals always compalin about how much money previous administrations spent but you never support a balanced budget amendment? Let me fill you in asshole - it's because you slimy scumbags want us Republicans to pay for your entitlement programs so you can suck off the government while you watch PMSNBC and The View. Dipshit. So yeah, let's put this in front of the voters in 2012 - we'll watch you dumb asses lose the Senate and the Whitehouse. Asshole.

... and stand firm. That's why the American people elected the Republicans - to stop the Obama spending spree.
