This resembles the actions in traffic court. The police enters a testimony supported by no evidence, no complaint, and no witnesses, just hearsay from a corrupt cop. Under Federal Rule of evidence 803 (8) (b) observations by police or law enforcement agencies is inadmissible in Federal court unless it is a felony conviction.

very helpful. im taking my evidence exam in 2 weeks. good going you guys horrible defense attorney. under 103 because she did not make specific and timely objections to be preserved on appeal. she will probably lose appeal as well.
