I have one of those but I found it hard to set up the date. the instructions are really unclear is there anyway you can assist me? is ther a website where I can find the instructions clearer? thanks

The Keychain Car Alarm Spy Camera DVR now comes with a "SetTime.bat" file loaded onto memory. This file will automatically set the current time and date with one simple click. Thank you!

my camera was working fine the first week then my computer all of a sudden makes beeping noise when i plug it in but it cant read it and its not charging when i plug it in????

Hi sauveblue. Try plugging it into a different USB port first. If that doesn't work you may need to reset the USB port. USB is very sensitive to static and other interference so it can get knocked out easily. If you need further assistance please call us at 1-866-844-1779 and press 3 for technical support. Good luck!

Is it compatible with a mac. I thought the resolution was 720 by 480?

@prooc It uses standard AVI format for compatibility with PC and Mac. The resolution on the model shown here was 640x480 but has since been upgraded to 720x480.
