@mgzgr Don't get me wrong I do like the Runaways as well....we all have our favorite classic rock music from certain eras...I'm very fascinated with 60's myself, and the Pleasure Seekers happen to my personal favorites...but I can see where the Runaways got their inspiration for their music.

@ShaolinDragon9 actually if there was no movie i would have never known about Suzi Quatro. The Runaways movie changed my life and made me love the 70's. I'm 20, i play electric guitar and i had no idea there was some band like The Runaways. I think they are both awesome bands and they still rock as hell! Don't get me wrong i don't mean to be defensive, just saying what i think =)

@Quatrorock Well, I do listen to bands like Behemoth, Nile, Morbid Angel, Decide, and the female half being Drain STH, Astarte, and Crisis...but I love where the influence came from back in this hay day. My mother grew up in this era as a teen, and I got to hear lots of this stuff. Inspiration for the band I had too, which was in itself also influenced by black metal bands from Norway...all in all, music that is good is always remembered, not just the flash in the pan like you have today...
Hi Folderman: The two collections have been out. Cradle "the history" CD was recorded live at the Grande Ballroom New Year's Eve with MC5. Out in 2010, and continues to be editor's pick at CDBaby, and in their genres. Pleasure Seekers "What a Way to Die" CD, out in 2011, has had same reaction. Both CD's available at major outlets and CD baby and at our official website (address here). Enjoy!!!
