tinram745, About the guy in the rock crusher. Smevin has voiced that he wants to get rid of him and get one of his "Sissys" to run it. He really didn't say sissy. But you get the picture.
This is a guy that truely needs to be Evaluated, He desperately needs counciling and Medication!!!!! But the owners just look the other way. Of the 6 Business' the company owns, theres only one person that "Might " like him and thats his Brother! Who is almost a mirror image of Smelvins stupidity!

He's wrecked so much equipment that any other company would have fired him 34 years ago. He knows he'll never get fired so that enabales him to do what he does and treat fellow workers the way he does!!!! How many people would start up a rock crusher when they KNOW some ones in it ?
