The Only Hope For Me Is MCR

I will n e v e r get over the fact that Gerard Way knows who I am. I can't even put into words how much I idolise this man.

The last time I met him he said to me "I genuinely recognise you" and it literally made my entire life. Since then, he's continued to notice me during shows, pointing at me, winking, smiling, etc. Way to make my heart explode. He's so damn sweet.

Some of these clips were taken by me (the shaky, crappy-quality ones), and some by others, but every clip has a personal meaning to it.

I can't even believe how lucky I am to receive all this recognition from my hero, but I appreciate it more than anything.

Nothing compares.

These guys are just so amazing to their fans and they definately have the most dedicated and amazing fans ever!!! We all love them so much and its amazing that they can be so dedicated back!

It was so funny because we had LITERALLY just unravelled it and passed it along the barrier so we could all hold part of it, and 0.5 seconds later Gerard was like "GIMME THAT! GIVE ME THAT!" and we were like ASDFGHJKLGFDSHL like scrabbling together all trying to throw it up to him, but it landed on some security man's head, and Gerard just grabbed it like I'LL TAKE THIS YEP THIS IS MINE THANK YOU. hahaha

Okay, if Gee actually knows who you are and recognizes you, you're pretty much one god damned lucky motherfucker! I mean, seriously, Gerard is my idol and he's the love of my life, and i cry myself to sleep at a regular basis thinking about that i'm never gonna meet him, while you can actually say that you KNOW Gerard...wow, you're lucky. I'm jealos, but i don't have ANYTHING against you, just so you know ;)

@JennyWayDawson I am indeed lucky. I wouldn't say I know Gerard though.. I mean, we're hardly friends or anything! He just recognises my face because I've seen MCR live so many times. I think it's incredible that he can remember faces and acknowledge fans like he does. He's the sweetest motherfucker ever, I swear :')

@JennyWayDawson IKR! i love Gee with all my heart (and more) and knowing i will never ever be able to see them in concert hurts me. soo much! (my mom thinks their music is garbage.. :P she doesnt know good music btw.) and i cant drive so life is a pit an tears right now!! if i ever once got to see Gee, i would probably be able to die happy :D

@xJustAnObsessionx well, if you ask me, since you've kinda "met" each other, he's talked to you and recognized you many times, he's an acquaintance of yours, and then I would personally say that you know him...:P I find it so admireable and just amazing that he can remember some of his fans' faces...it's one of the MANY things and qualities he has that makes him the incredible and inspirational man he is! I just love him!:')
