The black man who is playing the pimp is the actor Ben Powers. He was best known as Thelma's husband Keith Anderson. On the CBS sitcom Good Times in the final season 1978-1979. After that the show was cancelled. The follow year Ben Powers acted in Cheech & Chong's Next Movie in 1980. Then 2 years later. He appeared in another Cheech & Chong movie called Things Are Tough All Over in 1982. He was funny playing the pimp. He looked like Sinbad from A Different World. Lol.
