Each breath should have at least 3 to 4 seconds interval enough for expiration and to avoid gastric distention. During chest compressions avoid jerking with the use of your arms but instead use your body weight with arms straight and locked elbow. Your shoulder should be at least 90 degree over the victim's chest.
really good video however, the way in which chin lift is done is wrong. you dont want to lift the chin from the soft tissue below the chin because you can still block the airway. lift the chin from the jawbone.
