I thought the judge was great given what he had to work with. The guy that was speeding was a jackass. Sorry. I'm an activist myself. Making a point by being rude isn't what true activist do. This guy just wants the stage.

When the Freestate project began, I was a member. They have become a group of activists turned extremist and I have been embarrassed by their bullish stupidity to the point of cutting ALL ties with them. This guy is another "victimless crime" douche that threatens all societies. This person paints a terrible picture of the Freestate movement. . The Freestate Movement is now full of weak, uneducated, and disrespectful sheep...many of which I can personally attest have criminal backgrounds.

@mrrodneyalong ask the officer directly if there has ever been a malfunction of the equipment- ask speciftly if it has ever gave a speed reading when no cars were traveling towards or away from the unit. Ask him if it is not true that the unit will sometimes show a speed when no cars are around. Ask if he knows that the equipment is not 100% accurate. Ask if it is possible that the equipment malfunctioned at anytime that day or any other day.Then ask if they ever require maintenance.

@mrrodneyalong I request that the court have the equipment the officer was using tested by an Independent lab in which I am allowed to witness the testing. I also request the logs records and any other papers that track the general maintenance and repairs for the equipment used on the day in question in the attempt to witness my speed. I also ask for a copy of the officers certification on the equipment in question.

Why are you people going to court and admitting guilt time and time again? Why don't you just say I have been driving for x amount of years and by the fact that my license have been renewed x amount of time the state has showed that they find no fault in the way I operated my car. I am a safe driver, as indicated by my record. I was driving safely on the date in question. I was involved in no accidents before or after I was impeded by the officer.

Wow this guy is just a douche. It's pretty easy to show that you don't give a shit about authority, but there are protocols in court which you have to follow and talking down to a judge is just plain stupid. I wish he'd have been found in contempt of court.
