The closing songs of Dad's revival meeting with Ralph Sexton at Trinity Baptist Church, Asheville, NC. Video was taken just a few weeks before dad went "Home" to be with his "Friend Jesus."

These clips were taken from a VHS video the church made during the revival. My thanks to the Singing Smiths who sent me the original videos.

Note:
The misspelling of "Qualls" was a typo in the production of the original video

  • This song is Anointed of the Spirit! I'm 23 and really not into these old types of songs. As soon as it reached the midpoint I was moved to tears by the Holy Spirit. Thank you so much and may God Bless you and the Qualls Family for generation to come. Shalom!

  • Thanks, Sosabrothers, you have blessed my heart.

    Through His Blood,

    Jim

  • I have to post. God is working on me. I started out listening to a new song to me,Beulah land. Then listening to Paul's testamony. He knew he was going to a better place. God Bless Him and keep up the good work Jim. I'll keep surfing through youtube and see where God takes me next.

  • Thanks,

    God bless,

    Jim

  • Wow, this is really touching. There is something so sweet and precious in hearing the words of an older saint and seeing how the Lord has grown more dear and closer through the years. Thanks for this video, Paul. What a beautiful legacy your dad has left to you.

  • Thanks lambyoung, your kind words are a real blessing,

    Through His Blood,

    Jim

  • One of these videos was taped on 11/29/89. It was the same day my older brother went to meet the Lord in a car accident. He was 24. It doesn't matter whether you are in your 70's or md-20's, you will be called to go. Make sure you are ready.

  • That's a sickening comment. Grow up.

  • THANKS!

  • great video
