@carsonproblemchild This is process is called "grooming a champin". You don't take a guy ,even though he a tremendous upside, with only 15 fights and put him in the ring with Chris Arreola. Let him climb the latter slowly, throw some bums at him so you build up his confidence, skills and and get some rounds under his belt.
