Dear Sir,
We need to involve innovation at a very early level in our education system. That is from schools. Maybe we can start from telling our students in schools how they can do different tests and experiments at home with simple resources like used bottles, plugs, caps, cans etc. And showing them how they can make different things. Perhaps that will increase a their interest a lot.
In universities the experiments should be designed and constructed by students themselves. Maybe in team.
