Video of 27" iMac (i5) with flickeringm blackout, horizontal flashing band problem (maybe best documented here: http://imac.squeaked.com/), exhibiting the "displaced menu bar" issue. Really, the whole screen is vertically displaced down by about 200 pixels or so with a band of vertical noise above the menu bar.

Impossible to reproduce on command. Only seems to happen after several days of use, then persists until a restart.

Worth noting: this is a machine which was supplied as a replacement which was exhibiting the same problem. Apple then (wrongly) replaced the display, but not the video card. Of course, the problem persists.
