Japan 9.0 Earthquake / Tsunami - California Coast, Pacifica

What happened in Japan is an absolute tragedy; I'm going to be giving a donation to the Red Cross, and I suggest you do the same. If you haven't seen what's happened over there, the videos are horrifying.

On my end:
NEWS FAIL. It was pretty much hyped up for no reason, we had a low tide so it didn't even affect us.

So I was woken up at 6 in the morning being told that a Tsunami warning had been issued. CNN was on hyping up the potential Tsunami that would hit the California coast in a couple hours. Most of the city I live in had been evacuated. We weren't because we live on a 50 ft. cliff.

At around 8:30 I decided to go out and look, and this was the worst that it got in Pacifica (or atleast on my end). The waves were only about 3 feet high, but you can tell by the choppyness of the ocean that the Tsunami passed through. For some reason, Santa Cruz got hit a lot harder than we did ( ?? =( ??).
