16 year old deadlifting 465 for 5 reps. i lost my footing on the first rep and my overall form was shit.
the weights on each side are 45+3*35+2*25+10

  • @desolationofsmaug well, a serious case of kyphosis if you're not born with it. The only type I could find was kyphosis from bad posture, but that can be corrected by working out.

  • @desolationofsmaug I don't think you can develop kyphosis, can you?
