There is $5000.00 new membership fee due with the membership application BEFORE closing. The application is best turned in when the propspective member first starts looking for property here, not once in contract as many realtors do. Often, realtors put the prospetive member in awkward situations during the membership application process. If someone is interested in becoming a member out here, they are best served by calling the lake office. There annual dues and assssements as well.

this is probably one of the best places to live in WV, no doubt.
my grandparents used to and i thought it really sucked when they moved. it's quiet there and it's fun to go boating&jet skiing haha.
