6) Pour acid and quarantine the DPWH. Get rid of all of the top and middle-ranking officials. Someone told me a while back that you cannot continue to be an honest man if you are in DPWH(but some to think about it, that is true for just about all the departments int he country-biwisit) 7) Improve healthcare by paying the healthcare workers the pay they deserve. Invest in the drive to make generic drugs in the country. Use technology to serve far-flung areas using the net. Cha cha is #100...

4) Improve the ability of the DENR to go after polluters, and have them work with the department of science and technology to develop ways to monitor and stop deforestation, and ways to clean up the waterways 5) Use abilities of our industrial engineers to develop ways to streamline government processes to cut red tape and to curb waste in various government offices. Right now there is no urgency in government offices. People get paid for doing next t nothing. Some are even ghosts.

Why are our politicians arguing about this when there are SO MANY more things to deal with? Here are some concerns: 1)transparency in all government transactions 2) Cleaning out the department of justice of incompetence and political lackies-(Thank goodness Gonzales was finally kicked out-good riddance) and empowwering them to go after abusive and corrupt government officials 3) Clean up the department of agriculture and make it more approachable and have it work with the Dept Science and Tech.

I tell you, the prospect of having Philippine states governed by the warlords, and corrupt and powerful blocks of rich folks is a nightmare. Unlike the US, it is downright impossible to punish those who abuse the powers of government in the Philippines. Factor in the fact that there is no transparency whatsoever with the dealings inside the government. It's like opening your house to the same criminals who have been stealing from you and giving them a map of the house.
