dort ist es schöner als in der hektischen - luxusbestimmten westlichen Welt

Der Mann da hat vollkommen Recht:
Man muss keine Angst vor der Kälte haben!Wenn ich meinen Abschluss mache, besuche ich Ojmjakon!Ich bin so der Typ,der die Kälte mag,und nicht die Hitze.

I realy like this video. it's a shame that it is in german (I don't understand a word). It would be nice if someone can translate it at least in english (I'm a spanish speaker) or if anyone can subtitle it. I can see from the commentaries that a lot of people can speak german and english. Please!. Greetings from Argentina!

Cold as it may be, that is NOT Oymyakon! This film is shot in Tomtor, 60 km from Oymyakon.

Not true, Andre. I just passed Tomtor on my way to Oimjakon. The majority of the images shown in part III are taken in Oimjakon. There is, however, an ongoing controversy whether Oimjakon or Tomtor is the coldest inhabited place. In my opinion there are many reasons to believe that, in fact, Tomtor is the world's coldest village.
