  • I notice after the jump some people's feet go quite wide, others stay about the same, I even seen some people go narrower. Does it matter, and is any foot position considered preferable? I notice this lifter goes a bit wider, and then adjusts.

  • @biglogstrongman I'd be pissed at crossfitters too, you're so strong. And while they're working out with their shirts off surrounded by super hot chicks, you're alone in your basement pumping out heavy squats with your gut out.

  • @Christiantodd1 I don't train them anymore BUT I used to do doubles with 140kg like peanuts pussy. You don't have a single video.

  • @biglogstrongman Ok Susan, so you know who Burgener is, and you know what olympic style weightlifting is. Now please show us a video of you trying to do a snatch or a power snatch with some heavy weight. The majority of your videos are squats.

    Ever look at EVERY lifter at 105kg or below? You and the rest of the crossfit/p90X dorks wish you could look like that.

    I'm on my way down to 105kg from 140kg!!!! I started at 75kg 12 years ago.

  • @biglogstrongman  Do you even have any idea who Mike Burgener is? Or are you just using this as a platform to tell everyone how much stronger you are than people way smaller than you.

  • Pause at 36 sec. You would have more power if you fully engaged your knees, hips, and shoulders. Good job though. Checkout my power clean tutorial on my channel. Keep up the hard work.

    People wouldn't hate Crossfit so much if it wasn't marketed for everything and everyone. It's so loosely defined that the definition changes according to argument at hand.

    Good thing the Crossfit Games -event gives us a solution. Crossfit is a system that prepares you for Crossfit Games; if people don't feel that they need the ability to be good at Crossfit Games or that being good at Crossfit Games doesn't give the benefit they're after, Crossfit isn't for them.
