Stop being a prisoner in debt. All you have to do is change or habits in the way
you now make your current payments. It is not a hard thing but it will take a
little time to get use to how you make the payments. You may already be paying
extra money toward the principal payment but you do not understand that your
bank is pocketing most of the money you give them instead of putting that
toward your principal. What are the banks doing to make money? They are front
loading your payments. Why? Because this is how the banks make their money.
YOu borrow $100,000 for home loan and in the next 30 years you will pay the
bank an extra $200,000. There is a better way of making your payment. What
you need to do is tell the bank that you want to make money on the money that
you give the as extra money toward the principal. But it is not that easy
just to request the bank to pay you for making extra principal payment. To
do this you will need the banking clause that will allow the bank to give you
interest on the money you give them to go toward the principal payment.
