Yellow Tail wine recently chose to donate $100,000 to the wealthiest animal rights organziation in the world, the Humane Society of the United States. I say dump their wine and start supporting the family farmers and ranchers they turned their backs on.

  • You know if you buy their wine and pour it out... you're giving them money and wasting yours.

  • @HurricaneChronicles if you read my whole story you would've have found out that I didn't go out and buy the bottle of wine to pour out. We had the bottle in our house prior to them announcing the donation.

  • Good for yellow tail!... more suporters of animal's rights needed... btw.. you still bought that bottle you wasted idiot!...

  • @TheSqueenie I didn't buy that bottle. It was given to us as a gift prior to the announcement of them donating money to the HSUS. Thankfully, Yellow Tail has realized they wasted their money and has said they will never donate money to them again.

  • Boy those steers sure look mistreated, don't they?

  • nice clip .. i like it .. thanks for sharing

  • @TheSqueenie And I'm not in the business of taking lives...Just trying to make a living like everyone else...

  • @TheSqueenie Where are you finding these percentages? I would sincerely take your word for it if these numbers came from a credible UNBIASED source. I've got a number for you. One American farmer grows enough food to feed up to 22 people a year. Only 7% of the world's land is arable, and most of it is going under subdivisions like the one I'm sure you live in, and that number is shrinking as the population increases. Get off your soap box.

  • @NYLISE1,-How frequently a child dies as a result of malnutrition: every 2.3 seconds

-Pounds of potatoes that can be grown on an acre: 40,000

-Pounds of beef produced on an acre: 250

-Percentage of U.S. farmland devoted to beef production: 56

-Pounds of grain and soybeans needed to produce a pound of edible flesh from feedlot beef: 16

Sorry to say this because I know you must in the business of taking lives, but it is very unnecessary nd cruel.

  • @NYLISE1, to make it simple: Number of people worldwide who will die as a result of malnutrition this year: 20 million

-Number of people who could be adequately fed using land freed if Americans reduced their intake of meat by 10%: 100 million

-Percentage of corn grown in the U.S. eaten by people: 20

-Percentage of corn grown in the U.S. eaten by livestock: 80

-Percentage of oats grown in the U.S. eaten by livestock: 95

-Percentage of protein wasted by cycling grain through livestock: 90

  • @Designandrew Furthermore, they got legislation passed in california for cage-free poultry, where chickens can be "free and happy". That's glorified talk for chickens leaving eggs outside in the mud and their own feces, thus increasing the chances of these eggs carrying salmonella and E. Coli.

  • @purpdrank83 The term Conservative and Liberal are completely imaginary. Ask any philosopher. And as far as climate change goes, do you drive a car? Do you heat your home? Do you use electricity? Cars run on oil based gasoline. Most houses use natural gas. And nearly all electricity comes from burning coal. Sit down. Shut up.

  • @TheSqueenie you are clearly ignorant to this entire situation. FARMERS grow crops such as corn, soybeans, and wheat. LIVESTOCK PRODUCERS/RANCHERS grow animals. Quit saying meat farmers. 1. It sounds retarded and totally destroys what miniscule relevance you had in the first place, based on your previous commentary 2. The term implies that animals are created by sticking seeds in the ground and waiting for them to grow. Please talk to a real farmer or rancher.
