    Hey Dude,

    It's not all that heavy, what's hard is the set-up:

    You do a curcuit, that takes about 2 minutes or so, then you got only 2 minutes for a breather and repeat at least 3x!

    THAT's when it get's real tough!

    And then there's some more stuff we didn't show in the vid ...

    But the Medicine Ball is 5 kg, the Bag about 30 maybe, the Sleds are about 40 and 70 respectively, the Farmer's Walk Handles are maybe 45 empty each.
