A Channel 4 (UK) Documentary examining the details, and people involved in the (in)famous "Enfield Poltergeist" case from the 1970s. It includes interviews with Maurice Grosse, one of the main investigators, and even of Janet, the young girl (at the time) that the activity seemed to focus on.

  • I am a big believer of this story. I don't think Janet was lying. You can just see the look on her face, it's as if she re-lives it through the explanation of her experience. My heart goes out to her for having to be the main person who had to deal with the poltergeist.

  • I dont want to believe this, but because i am a shamanism believer i have a few experience of these during my child hood

  • I think I have a poltergeist in my house. The other night I started the dishwasher, and about an hour later, I noticed it had shut itself off, all on it's own, and when I opened it up, the dishes were all clean! Scary stuff.

  • @mahler71 she was rode hard and put away wet

  • @LetsPlayDMods Haha!!

  • Thanks for posting this, fascinating. I'm a skeptic myself, but there's just a little bit of the believer in me :-)

  • Janet was about forty three when this was filmed. I'm only forty but she looks like my grandmother! What happened to her?

  • @Irishmsb

ive had a bunch of experiences that i couldent explain other than the fact of the paranormal, i am a strong beliver but i dont belive everything, i know what to belive but i definitly belive this

  • I bet you people would act even weirder after stuff like that.

  • Firstly, I am a believer. I have no choice as I have had experiences in my life that I cannot explain. Now, to continue on with a comment about this documentary, I don't believe this at all. The adult Janet is just too weird for me. My apologies, but she acts more like some one who may use illegal substances. The '70's were not the dark ages. There is no excuse for not having better evidence if this had been real. Lastly, Janet as a child always looked on the verge of laughing. Not a good doc.
