in fact, his speech is nicely done. MB is absolutely better than any of other European leaders (whose native tongue is not English) whom I saw making a public speech on TV. I know that he also is a great negotiator--knowledge, knowhow, and skills he learned from business are being effectively used for his political negotiations with other countries.
