  • I search basic shoulder exercises as they are my weakest point and I need some tips to help me with them. I get greeted by an upside down press up? Also even being a beginner I can point out that your form is dreadful, showing examples you should have good form. Arnold press? Not for beginners. Same with the next. I think you should remove the basic part from your title as beginners seeing this may copy and likely to injure themselves.
