Rubbish. What is pao bhaji masala. This recipe is better obtained from the recipe of the masala packet. Which idiot is going to by a gas tandoor to make this recipe.
You are good. Stick 2 ur cooking. Or put up recipes of different garam masalas. Pavs are cheaper to uy. Remember the last time u made pao?
Foor has to be practical and quick. Leave this site and start your own.

Hello to Chef Harpal. Hi i am a student and am interested in making this wonderful pav bhaji (ur style) on the weekend. Just want to know if the vegetables tomatoes, bell peppers etc which you used to mash were pre-cooked like the way they are in restaurants etc or just the potatoes were pre-cooked? Lemme know so that i can try out this wonderful recipe.

Only the green peas and potatoes are pre cooked and mashed. Rest of the vegetables are used as it is. Do try the recipe and let us know how you like it.
