@djhams who needs to work on their hindi? govinda333? im sorry this is not meant to be offensive or anything, but he just spelled a sanskrit word wrong accidentally, he missed a g(jago) , that doesn't mean he doesn't know it. what he said means "wake up sleeping souls, spread the glories of lord Hari (one of the many names of Krishna/god)

@FGy8 actually this a prayer to krishna (god) in sanskrit that is thousands of years old, krishna das (which literally means servant of god or krishna coincidentally) is just one of the many wonderful people that popularizes this prayer through a method called kirtan or bhajan. : )

In the Brihad Naradiya Purana, one of the 18 Puranas or ancient historical texts of the Vedas it says that "In this age of quarrell and hypocrisy, Kali, the only means of deliverance is the chanting of the holy names, the chanting the holy names, the chanting the holy names of the Lord. There is no other way, there is no other way, there is no other way." And i did not make a mistake by repeating 3 times. In the original sanskrit it is writtrn 3 times to emphasise its importance.
