With prices falling as much as 7% monthly and the fact that it costs another 7-8% to sell means the day these owners close on their home they are already underwater 10%. No one seems to notice this and FHA mortgages are hugely popular. First subprime and ARM backed by Fannie and freddie decimated real estate values and Americans savings now the FHA's is. Only the free market should be able to determine who gets a mortgage.

we don't need a template from 200 years ago, that is completely outdated and out of tune with modern needs. we need a current / future framework for government.

@crackerwv when you sign your tax return don't sign it with any capital letters, your signature is not legal unless it's in capitals at the beginning of your first name and beginning of your last name , sign in small case letters , you'll anger them because the Constitution will protect you
