oh my mistake lol, so if you NCRTS the courts is there a limit on how long you have to do it or can you do it at any time before a summons?

@ogdoad4 i would not NCRTS a court whith out knowing why i was doing it and able to give a reasonable communicable excuse to the judge

it also depends which court sent the summons

i did NCRTS

and never went to court

got 6 points and 600 fine

but my insurance is still cheap cos they dont need to know as far as i'm concerned

Just another thing I noticed the other day. Had to pay some slave money to the morally corrupt officials at gov.uk, I just wanted to see which bank the gov use for their laundering and low and behold its CitiGroup! Now if anyone has watched 'Inside Job' - By Ben Curtis then you will know why I spat my coffee at the screen.

@psychodrilla Hi. I think you may be wrong about your insurance, ie they not needing to know. When you take out or renew your policy you have to act in utmost good faith - otherwise a pound to a penny they will declare your policy null and void should you make a claim. In the long run it may be worth checking out.
