8.00 am.

Ashley stop the clock, she put the pillow over her head and wished this wasn't happening. Not school again, everything would've been okay if Joe wasnt in that school, or if she hadn't received that call two days ago... either way, both things couldn't go together. But all this was happening. AT THE SAME TIME. Anyway, she couldnt stay home, and had to study if she wanted to do well during the year. So she got up, ate breakfast, and walked out the door. She was determined. She HAD to avoid Joe. When she got a glimpse of Kevin, that couldn't be good, the other 2 where always near, and that meant Joe. But, really it was strange, with Nick; the brothers were never this late.. What she didnt know, however, was that there were more problems going around..

7:45 am.
Kevin was already up. Itd already been a week and he still couldnt get off his mind Lilys face, wet and full of tears. He couldnt stand it but he had to. It was the best for both of them, wasnt it? If he didnt want either of them being hurt he had to leave her. He got up of bed after a long night and went to the kitchen to take a glass of milk. After a couple of minutes Nick and Joe got up too. They werent much lively than him. Kevin could perfectly see things werent going well those days, but didnt feel like to ask so just ignored them. However, someone had to say something.

Joe: (looks at the mirror) man, this isnt good..
Nick: yea, dude. We should talk with the girls.. Sarahs really pissing me off..
Joe: no man. I mean those eye bags! Look at them. Theyre so damn ugly!
Kevin: dont you mean: YOU are ugly?
Joe: (shows his fist) and dont you mean you should shut up?
Nick: (comes in between them) guys.. stop it. Were all becoming out of it.. dont you see?
Joe: yea. I need more sleep. (touches his eye bags looking at the mirror)
Kevin: (rolls his eyes) whatever, it doesnt matter anymore. Ashley doesnt love you, does she?
Joe: (gets ready to punch him) whats up with you?! If you cant be with Lily get on with it! Dont fuck up the others!
Nick: (stops him) hey! dont swear! Im still too young! And youre both starting to be out of it!
Joe: (moves away) whatever. Im going to school.. (leaves)
Nick: (turns to Kevin) youre not the only one with problems, right?
Kevin: not my fault Emma thinks youre a jerk.
Nick: (laughs slyly) youre such a loser.

As Nick said that, he left Kevin alone and went to school. Kevin knew he shouldnt have said that but the entire Lily thing was driving him crazy and didnt know what to do.. Without thinking anymore about it, he left the glass on the counter and left for school.

He walked out the garden to the street when he suddenly saw Ashley. The last thing he wanted was seeing Lily, therefore, Ashley near, meant Lily near, and this was a bad thing. He was about to turn around to the opposite direction when someone called him. He turned around and saw Ashley, by herself, going towards him.

Ashley: hey Kevin! Are you alone..?
Kevin: (nervous) mm.. yea, is Lily..?
Ashley: no. Im alone too.
Kevin: (breaths out) good..
Ashley: you mind going together school..?
Kevin: lets go..

They kept walking in silence. None of them were feeling ok. And none of them wanted to talk. But both of them knew they had to. Finally, Ashley broke up the silence.

Ashley: so.. is Joe ok..?

All i can say: i'm really sorry :( you can't imagine how busy i was.
