@BrodyLuv2: There is no connection between testing of nuclear weapons in space and global warming. More formally, if you think there is some such connection, could tyou put forward your evidence? I'd be interested to learn I am mistaken.

@nils4545: No. No reports of such damage from the tests in the Pacific except for ionospheric disruptions, no equipment destruction as far as I know. The Soviets managed to burn a power plant in Khazakhstan from EMP; that's the worst that has happened, as far as I've been able to find out.

@larspallesen: It's pretty likely most of it wound up back on Earth, very thinly scattered all over. Since it didn't pick up dirt and stuff from the ground, it was probably pretty clean for a nuke.
