Copyright infringing is not the same law braking as general theft, be it online or from a store. Only distributers need punishment for such laws, like the ones pressing SOPA. The copyright laws are only to do with protecting their own properties in general, but this is more at a market/bussiness level that does not involve us as a peer.
Also, this IS a community site with a variety of catagories for expression, but people think its just an entertainment district with peer to peer corp..
