  • its really good but i noticed that Tatsuo Sensei didnt write anything but he did say one thing.....' we must evolve Isshinryu' so keeping with the style and format and curriculum is cool but its not on WKF level have noticed...idk...i love the way you do kata but can we evolve it to compete with our cousins Shorinryu and Gojoryu on the big scale?

  • @PokkerLady Maybe it's cause of your cooking. Loser.

  • needs lots of work, looks like you have diareha

  • Hmmm nice presentation over all but it looks as if you are looking down when switching sides and it seems as if you are striking when you're blocking... but it may just be a variation

  • Once again you bow over way too much, in Okinawa they dont allow that, only a slight bow and peer up so your eyes can be seen, dont bow so much that your head is level with your knees. Your back NEEDS to be straighter and head more level I can see you exercise excellent technique but we are always improving as am I

  • I agree with rreith, his feet are turned in to far.

But then again, people change things. Thats what make the world go around I suppose. ;-)

  • Lol good video sensei. We should get a video from kumite class =D

  • I don't think he's feet are too far out. Him being skinny (no offense) and the cut of the gi bottoms make it look as though they are. Naihanchi stance is supposed to be pegioned toed, heels on the inside of the shoulder line. I know it is differnt in other styles, but in Isshin-Ryu his is good.

  • Sensei: I think you have your feet turned in too far on your naihanchi stance. It looks un-natural, and un balanced. I have always used a guideline that I learned. You should think about tracing a line along the insides of your feett foreward towards your opponent. You look like you are drawing a line from the outside of your foot which brings them in too far, and over exagerates the supination of the feet.
