Try a hair dryer on the stuck arm. No twisting pull it straight off then put back on .

@thor333us Naw, I've heard that works too, but I can't mess with it anymore. The peg going from the shoulder to the bicep is turning white and ready to snap. Just gotta let it be now. It had it's chance, dammit! lol!
