A quick tutorial on how to "fall" into your push. This is important for classic push as well as double push. If you want to go fast, you have to harness the energy of gravity and fall into each push. Thanks again Greg and Mary.

  • actuelly good short track speedskaters fall significantly and then push. The reason it looks more like they are pushing is they are pushing against more resistance out of the corner.

  • @Xavier7564 you are correct, in the corner, yes, it's a major fall. But not as much on the two straightaway pushes.
