Ive been ttapping for more than 10 years and its an amazing workout! Its a great way to feel energized, increase circulation and strengthen muscles without bulk. Ive had back problems all my life and after one workout, I feel more relaxed and pain free. I love it cause you dont have to change your diet, but you want to because it makes you FEEL HEALTHIER.

No one is bribed to say anything about this program. In fact if your not a certified instructor you cannot teach t-tapp at all. If your caught good luck. Everyone that has tried t-tapp is just giving their feedback. I have been doing the system for 10 yrs now and it speaks for itself that it does more than just make you look better. No one is paying me to say this at all. I say it cause its the facts thats it.

Compare this woman's body to, say, Mari of Windsor Pilates. THIS is the body I want, not Mari's!!! Lol! I am not a T-Tapper but I'm very interested. Definitely going to try this.

Me too, I am like any other person looking at this site some time back and then decided to check T-Tapp website and read their forums. The rest is history. And the products speak for itself.
